Sutton Homes LLC is a family business that is owned and Operated by Billy Wilson. Billy has 20 plus years in construction with experience in custom built homes, renovation/remodeling and excavating. We take pride in communication and customer service and want to work closely with our clients. Sutton Homes LLC enjoys all stages of the building process and will be able to walk you through every step of the way. We know that building a home can be a stressful time, but Sutton Homes LLC wants to help make this process as smooth as possible.

Getting Started
- Meet at lot to discuss layout.
- Look at house plans and decide on what plan you want to go with. We can always help with this if needed.
- Meet with Sutton Homes LLC to discuss the plan and what you are looking for in this home.
- Sutton Homes LLC will put together a quote for you to review based off of your plan and the products that you are wanting to include in this build.
- If you choose to build with us- the next step is putting together ARB. We would need your house plan and all exterior selections.
- After ARB approval – we can shortly break ground and begin the build of your home!
- Meet with Vendors and start making interior selections
